Awarded 3* by the AA, Kota has two double rooms available for visitors wishing to stay in Porthleven.

Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. One is a spacious family room, which enjoys stunning views over the harbour.

Breakfast is served to our B&B guests in our sister restaurant Kota Kai, just 50 yards along the harbour head.

The home smoked salmon at breakfast is not to be missed!
