We recently stayed here for a mid week break and really enjoyed it. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent on both occasions.I thought that the prices were a bit on the expensive side, but the portion and quality more than made up for it. The staff were really good with their recommendation, especially the Cheese Board with all the different types of loacl cheese.
We hope to revisit some time in the near future and look forward to eating here again.

I have eaten in Pilgrims restaurant on many occassions for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I have always found the food to be of superb quality and they offer decent portion sizes. The service is also excellent. Given the location I chose to stay overnight at Juliots Well Holiday Park, the restaurant is a real welcome break from self catering. I was so impressed with the food and the location that I chose Juliots Well and Pilgrims Restaurant to host my wedding. I was not dissapointed and would not hesitate to reccommend Juliots Well and Pilgrims Restaurant to anyone.

We were very pleased with the friendly and polite service in comfortable surroundings. We ate in the restaurant 3 times during a 4 night stay during November 2009. There is an excellent choice on the menu including some very different starters. All of our meals were of extremely good quality and value. I would not hesitate to recommend Pilgrims to any age group and am looking forward to our next visit

The Wilsey Down is situated on the main road from the A39 to the A30, is easily accessible, has good food and theme nights and has an astounding view of Rough Tor.
