A dying breed of craftsmen that still butcher, fillet and bake, knead bread, make petit fours and whatever myriad of tasks are needed to keep his customers happy and the restaurant at the top of end of Cornish dining.
Great use of local game and indigenous ingredients of course sparkling bits from the sea.
