Review this restaurant

Proprietor: Clive and Judith Welch

Traditionally built of granite The Treleigh Arms is warm and inviting; the interior boasts two fireplaces one of which is magnificent, with timber panelling, the odd oak beam and sympathetic lighting. The cosy and relaxing ambience is not spoilt by Televisions, Pool tables or Juke boxes.

Traditional foods are featured on the à la carte menu with most of the ingredients being locally sourced including Cornish beef, locally smoked Ham, fresh local fish and locally grown vegetables when available.

90% of the dishes on the menu are Home Made including proper pies, soups and sauces. Other menus available are Vegetarian, Children’s and Coeliac.

The owners of this genuine “Free House” are Judith and Clive Welch who with over 60 years catering experience and 5 Pubs between them are still hands on and welcoming customers old and new.

Traditional standards of comfort, service and attention to detail help keep you feeling at ease.

Further Details

A welcome back to times gone by. Where a visit to your local meant good honest food, a great pint and a friendly welcome.

The Treleigh has all this and more. The cosy bar area is really something with its comfortable couches and leather chairs.

The fireplace is a really popular place as a table outside when the weathers fine.

The food here is comforting and familiar. Steaks, Gammon's, Curries and Salads all tasty and home made.

A worthwhile drive with lots of on site parking.
