Review this restaurant

Proprietor: Mr and Mrs Terry
Chad James

Head Chef: Keith Terry

Tucked away in a back lane of the fishing village of Mousehole, between Penzance and Land’s End, the Cornish Range has evolved into one of Cornwall’s foremost seafood restaurants.

The restaurant’s aim is to produce memorable meals in an unstuffy, relaxed atmosphere to suit a mixture of holiday makers and local people who form its clientele.

Offering his own take on the Cornish bistro, Keith Terry knows what local people want to eat.

Proper portions with approachable food that he likes to eat. A family restaurant where children are encouraged to eat well.

Everything at the Range is made on site with consummate skill. A very good choice for lunch or dinner anytime.

A variety of breads hot from our oven every morning...Guinness & blue cheese, granary & cornish Yarg, sun-blush tomato & parmesan, maple glaze granary...in fact anything that takes chefs fancy at 6.30 in the morning!!!

Formerly a pilchard-processing factory, pressing & salting pilchards landed by local fishing boats, the Range still holds its roots and is primarily a seafood restaurant.

Dishes are created using local ingredients – fresh fish landed & delivered daily from the port of Newlyn, meat from local hill farms, Cornish vegetables & salads and the finest West Country cheeses.
