Unfortunately we do not have any ground floor hotel bedrooms but we do have one apartment for guests with walking difficulties and this can be booked on a bed and breakfast, half board or self catering basis. The bar, restaurant and conservatory are all on the ground floor. Please note however there is no lift and all hotel bedrooms are unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for those with severe walking difficulties.

Menu Summary:
Traditional English with a Modern Twist and Global influences. A delicious menu operates in the restaurant which should tempt the discerning diner. Each dish is individually priced, or 3 courses can be taken for £28 per person including coffee.

 

Vegetarian Options:
Arrangements can also be made for vegetarians and special diets although they always available on our seasonally changing menu

 

Sample Dish:
Seared Cornish Scallops on a celeriac puree with chorizo sausage, drizzled with a red pepper and chilli oil, Crispy Confit of Duck simply served with young mizuna leaves and a sweet redcurrant syrup, Pan Roasted Tenderloin of West Country Pork presented on sautéed savoy cabbage with bacon and pine nuts, a peppered sherry gravy and an apple puree, Char Grilled Prime Cornish Rib Eye Steak acompanied with skin on big chips, a celeriac remoulade, watercress and a sweet truffle glaze, Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass on zesty lemon crushed new potatoes with a warm coriander and caper dressing.
