GINEAS BAR AND BISTRO.

You'll be spoilt for choice at The Gwineas. Whether you have mid-morning tummy rumbles, a hunger for a quality bar meal or a desire for afternoon tea, we have the perfect fare to fill the gap.

We have snacks, homemade cakes and pastries available all day, which you can wash down with freshly brewed coffee or local golden ale.
For lunchtimes and evening meals you can choose from daily specials freshly prepared by our chefs in the hotel. They cook mouth watering dishes using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients including fresh fish and seafood. How about a seafood platter of crab, lobster and oysters or a heart-warming bowl of St Austell Bay mussels?

In warmer months, you can enjoy your delicious meal on our sun terrace. Chargrilled mackerel with a hint of seasoning and a squeeze of lemon on a homemade bun is just one way that we celebrate what Cornwall has to offer.

Or join us for afternoon tea in the light and airy Orangery next to the bistro. You can savour the taste of locally grown Tregothnan tea or tuck into a Cornish cream tea with freshly baked scones, local clotted cream and sweet strawberry jam.

Come and spoil yourself.

EXQUISITE FOOD AT GORRANS FINE DINING RESTAURANT.

From the 24th of October Gorrans will be open for Dinner on Tuesday to Saturday nights, and will now also be open for Sunday Lunch, 3 courses for £19.95.

You're in for a mouth watering treat when you fine dine with us at Gorrans in Cornwall. You can expect quality Cornish cuisine in a sumptuous setting more in tune with a high-end city restaurant than a seaside diner.

The lavish interiors of textured golds, purples and creams create a luxurious, yet laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a romantic meal, dinner with colleagues and friends or a special treat.

Here you will relish top-notch food masterfully prepared using the freshest local ingredients. You can expect Cornish fine dining flavoured with seasonal produce from the sea and countryside nearby.

Local hand reared organic beef steaks, hand dive scallops and line caught sea bass are some of the favourites on the ever evolving evening menu.

We think you’ll be bowled over by the style, service and sensational food waiting for you at our luxury restaurant in Cornwall.

Gorrans Fine Dining Restaurant is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.
