Our Head Chef, and his team delight in creating exciting cuisine which utilises the very best that Cornwall has to offer. We work closely with local producers, farmers and fishermen to buy food which is fresh, of the highest quality and low in food miles. We always ensure that we offer a good selection of fresh Cornish fish and seafood, trying to ensure that the species we use are not from threatened or depleted fish stocks.
