Newcomer to the Cornish restaurant scene, Samphire are fast establishing themselves with their "can do" attitude.
Opening in January, the worst month for such a venture, takes guts and belief. Both of which this couple have.
Dynamic duo Dave Trewin (headchef) and Emily Rose (front of house) have made an impact on Falmouths culinary map with Samphire and its take on modern British cuisine, an interesting menu, good wine list and affordable prices.
An ever changing specials board plus the choice of 3 seperate dining areas means they are already having to turn some unlucky diners away, due to a full house!
Local sourcing when possible, using seasonal produce and knowledge of provenance are essential to Samphires ethos.
