The best from local suppliers and the catch from the little day boats ending up on the daily changing board. Great prices for premium seafood cooked in classical European style. A wonderful spot.

Always a top spot for great food now the tables will be even harder to get as The Roseland is named Good Pub Guides best Dining Pub for 2007. The New Inn is an unspoiled Cornish pub in the beautiful village of Veryan. Concentrating on home cooking, Penny and her team turn out well cooked local food with gusto. The locals flock at lunch times and in the summer it's hard to get a table. Mine host is Jack Gayton local author of note pick up a copy of his latest book at the pub and enjoy a well kept pint.
